Upload up to 6 photos and our artist paints everyone into a single scene — even people who were never photographed together, or who never had the chance to meet. Add a note telling us who's who and roughly how you'd like them arranged. There's no extra charge for combining photos or for additional people.
Faces reasonably visible is all we really need. Old, faded, black-and-white, low-resolution and phone screenshots all work — we redraw everything by hand rather than filtering the photo. If a photo genuinely won't work, we email you before starting and refund in full if you'd rather not continue.
Keep out of prolonged direct sunlight. Dust canvases with a dry soft cloth. Handle prints by the edges before framing, and use acid-free mounts to protect the paper long term.

Ordered a print of my three dogs, communication was great throughout and any changes I wanted doing were done. Michelle made sure I was 100% happy before the design was finalised and posted out. Prints arrive unframed on archival paper, cut to standard A4/A3/A2 so any off-the-shelf frame fits. Canvases arrive stretched on a wooden frame with hanging hardware fitted, ready to hang straight out of the box.

Almost certainly. Faded, blurry, black-and-white, cropped or screenshotted photos are all fine because the portrait is drawn by hand rather than filtered. If a photo really won't work we'll email you before starting.
Yes. Add a note at checkout and we can ship directly to the recipient without a price on the packing slip, or send you the digital preview so you have something to show on the day if the print won't arrive in time.
