I liked how i could check the picture was what i wanted and my emails kept me up to date. The delivery took longer than i expected so another one was sent and i ended up with 2 to make sure i had received it. It was a birthday gift for my son, he loved it that much, he cried.

The response time was good but I did expect the picture to look more hand made. The first version was basically a copy paste of the original image that was sent but with a wierd shadow outline to it and then after asking for altercations it just looked like all that was changed was the image was more blurred. Won't be using again as I feel I can do better just using photoshop myself and I have no skills in photoshop whatsoever.
