I came across lovey prints by chance after googling portrait ideas and saw the water colour portraits. I was intrigued and so I looked a little deeper into it. I really liked what they offered and was really interested however thought I would look around. Something drew me back to lovey prints because of the quality of the demo images they used. So I took a punt and ordered. I received the proof within 2 days, which honestly blew me away. The proof was everything I wanted and more. It was so much better than I thought. I was worried how this would transfer onto canvas. But when I received the print I was genuinely speechless. The work is incredible, it is not cheap. But it is worth every penny. You really are paying for a quality product and I will be returning in the future. The skill level of the artist(s) is very apparent. Thank you so much for this work of art. Me and my wife absolutely love it.

I would definitely look at your packaging though. Even if it's just a piece of bubble wrap or protective cardboard. How my picture arrived undamaged I don't know, but I was surprised there was no protective packaging for my lovely picture.

Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience with lovely prints. I was not made aware that you need to approve the proof before your print is shipped. I ordered my photo weeks before Christmas however it did not arrive in time and I was unable to give my niece her Christmas gift. I requested lovely print to send it as soon as possible so it would arrive in time, however the response I received showed no empathy or urgency to send the print over to me. My print didn't arrive until well into January. All whilst I received daily promotion emails. Please do not offer more out than you can perhaps handle, resulting in customers not receiving their prints in time.
You should also make it clear that prints won't be send until the proof has been approved by the customer.
I also received no apology or compensation for the print not being received in time.
I unfortunately won't be using this company again.

I’m not sure the photo I’ve uploaded of the picture we ordered does it justice, but trust me when I say I was over the moon with our order! It’s the focal point of our living room and everyone says how amazing it looks. I didn’t want a boring bog-standard wedding picture on my wall so finding Loveyprints was perfect. I absolutely love my picture. The colours and style are brilliant. There was a slight issue on first draft which was rectified immediately without question. The price was well worth it and it was delivered in great time only after a few days of the draft being accepted. I would recommend Loveyprints to anyone.

Got the proof email within 2 or 3 days which looked great, then once confirmed I was happy with it I got the full print with in about 10 days, once framed it looks amazing , so much so I got another print of my son and his girlfriend done straight away for their engagement present

Took a first stab and some proofing to get the picture I liked but end result is lovely. I would have liked the print to be slightly more matt finish (its very shiny) but overall, it looks great in the frame and is a lovely gift
