 If you would prefer to save money on your order and ship without tracking that is absolutely fine.

Our processing times are usually 1 day or 2 maximum, once your happy with your digital proof we can ship out. After shipping any UK orders should arrive within 1-2 days. Any Europe orders should arrive within 1 week or 2 max. We also recently partnered with a US provider so any US orders should also arrive within a few working days :)

Unfortunately we cannot provide a proof without placing an order first. This is because it takes our artist 1-2 days to actually make the proof and is quite time consuming. We do however offer the option to cancel your order on receiving your proof (we do deduct a small fee for the artist however).

Yes! You can cancel your order anytime, however if a first digital proof has already been made we do deduct a small fee just to help pay our artists with.
